Brookfield City Hall

The City Hall Building A was constructed in 1960, was added to in 1966 and subsequently remodeled in 1992-1996 and contains the administration offices of the City and the Common Council Chambers.  The area being considered for renovation encompasses approximately 11,500 square feet, excluding the proposed new circulation corridor.  Areas of City Hall Building A that were included in the 1990 space planning process and not renovated include, Engineering, Community Development, Inspection Services and Information Technology.  Zimmerman performed a Needs Analysis and created a conceptual plan that modified the original concepts to increase the focus on customer service, improve circulation and operational efficiency.
