Oak Creek Police Station

The City of Oak Creek, a quickly growing Milwaukee suburb, engaged Zimmerman to design a new, free-standing police station, courtroom, vehicle maintenance facility and firing range that will accommodate the needs of the community for the next 20 years.  The new facility is designed to be an excellent neighbor to both area business and residential developments. A high degree of flexibility was incorporated in the design to accommodate reconfigurations of space without incurring major renovation expenses.  Principals of sustainable design were applied to produce a design that is highly energy efficient and generates a long-term return on investment for the community.
