Mr. Baer leads Zimmerman’s multiple award winning healthcare facilities studio. The studio is comprised of a strong team of planners, architects, interior designers and engineers. Specialized in buildings that serve the healthcare continuum of needs, spanning from birth and infancy through end of life hospice care facilities, Baer has steadily and continually grown the firm’s healthcare client base, completing an extensive array of projects involving new construction, additions, expansions, and remodeling.
