Stroik has been a longtime advocate for progressive employee programs as a means to attract and retain a high quality staff. “Philosophically, I feel the role of architecture is to inspire its observers and occupants beyond their original mission. For more than a century, Zimmerman has maintained a place of prominence in Wisconsin architecture through timeless, reliable, practical, classic and understandable designs. Today, we’re melding symbolism and emotion to our mastery of the mechanics and technology of architecture and having fun in the process.”
