The new, 7,000 s.f., Aurora Bay Area clinic is the first completed in the partnership formed in 2014 between Bay Area Medical Center (BAMC) and Aurora Health Care. The primary care clinic includes five exam rooms, a lab / blood draw room, procedure room several physician’s offices, X-ray suite and treatment and therapy spaces, including a gym, housing BAMC’s outpatient rehabilitation services. BAMC’s outpatient rehabilitation department provides physical and occupational therapy, orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, hand therapy, workers compensation, neurorehabilitation and balance therapy. A common building entry provides access to both primary care and physical therapy patients. The single story clinic was delivered in less just over a year from program to completion.
