Brookfield Fire Stations #2 and #3

The City desired a prototypical design for two divergent sites. The buildings have an identical mirrored floor plan with interior and exterior materials which relate to the characteristics of the site; one on a commercial corridor and the other in a park setting. We also provided site redesign for the station located in the park. The 12,000 square foot buildings were bid under budget in Fall 2008 and dedicated in December 2009.
