City of Middleton Police Station

Zimmerman was hired to provide architectural services for the design and construction for the City of Middleton’s new Police Department Headquarters and Municipal Court Facility consisting of approximately 32,000 square feet of functional building space, 8,000 square feet of cold storage and 8,000 square feet of garage storage space for police vehicles. The project was bid under budget in spring of 2009 and construction completed in 2010.
