Lake Country Lutheran High School
Zimmerman was selected to assist the Lutheran High School Association in programming, master planning and design of the new high school to be located in Waukesha County. The first phase designed for 400 students includes 15 academic classrooms, 4 science labs, choral and band rooms, a 800 seat auditorium and a fieldhouse. A pond based geo-thermal HVAC system was designed for the project. The second phase, designed in conjunction with the first phase will include classrooms for an additional 400 students and a pool.
