Advocate Aurora Health Care – Mount Pleasant Health Center
The Mt. Pleasant Health Center is a single story free standing clinic located at the southwest corner of Spring Street and Sunnyslope Drive, in Mt. Pleasant, WI. The building should be designed to include 10 providers, 26 exam rooms, with space for Imaging, future Pharmacy, Lab Draw and Urgent Care. There will be two (2) procedure rooms and support space for those services.
The project continues to build on the successful health center model space and design standardization previously developed by Zimmerman and implemented on new Advocate Aurora Health Center on similar projects that Zimmerman also designed in Manitowoc, West Allis and Mukwonago.
Following aesthetic cues recently established by Advocate Aurora, the exterior of the building consists of brick, stone, metal panel and storefront glazing systems. A drop off canopy over the main entrance to protect patients from the weather.
There is an area designated for a future addition to the north and the current parking layout accounts for the additional square footage of the building.
