Nicolet College Lakeside Center
The Nicolet College Lakeside Center, located in Rhinelander was an outdated facility that was worn and non-code compliant in many ways. The goal for the center, besides bringing the building up to current code, was to develop a student union, an area that did not exist on campus. The library was transformed into a new “Learning Center”, with more interactive learning spaces integrated within the entire building. The entire facility was stripped to the structure. New and expanded windows were added. The HAVC and electrical systems were replaced, and the restrooms relocated and expanded. The auditorium renovation included a new seating configuration and seating, a new lighting system, new audio system and control room and dressing rooms.
