Rogers Memorial Oconomowoc Expansion
Zimmerman Architectural Studios completed an addition to the main building of this Wisconsin mental health provider. The main building structure dates to the early 1900’s. The new addition created a new main entry for the facility, as well as provided ADA compliance, new admitting, outpatient group rooms, day hospital, obsessive/compulsive disorder day treatment, Adult Drug and Alcohol Dependency (AODA) day treatment, meeting rooms and dining facilities. The addition respectfully transitions the building to a newer matching classical style
In 2010, Zimmerman was again engaged to provide campus master planning services for Roger’s Memorial. The plan will expand the campus with several new buildings totaling in excess of $20 million in construction value.
