Waupun Memorial Medical Center – Patient Room Expansion

The expansion reflects Waupun Memorial Hospital’s desire to offer patients and families a healing environment which also features the latest technologies.  Waupun staff now has direct views into each patient’s room, offering improved care and safety.  Larger room sizes allow caregivers easier access to equipment while caring for critical patients. Patients will heal and rest better by having larger rooms where the hospital staff can easily work around the bed of the patients, as well as not get in the way of family members.  Patients also benefit from larger spaces to help gather family members for important updates and to offer comfort to loved ones.

The two-story 52,775-square-foot addition features 21 inpatient rooms, which include 14 medical/surgical rooms, three intensive care unit rooms, and four labor/delivery/recovery rooms.
