Feasibility Studies

Feasibility studies are conducted to compare the schematic solutions ZDG develops with the goals / criteria established by the client. The results measure the extent the design criteria or project goals can be achieved. Modifications or practical alternatives are introduced if they will improve results. The criteria may address the architecture, function, economics or aesthetics. The feasibility study is an added step that must be authorized by the client prior to commitment on site procurement or building construction. The findings of such a study can result in greater economic savings for the client.
